Product Description

Working Principle :

The main motor is controlled by frequency conversion speed regulation and started stably, the force is transmitted to the rotary drum through the electrostatic conduction flame-retardant narrow v-triangle belt to rotate at high speed around the axis of the rotary drum to form a centrifugal force field, the material enters the rotary drum provided with the filter bag through the upper feeding pipe, the separation force forces the material to be evenly distributed on the rotary drum for centrifugal filtration, the liquid passes through the filter bag gap and the drum wall small hole to be thrown to the shell cavity, is discharged from the liquid discharge port, the solid material is trapped in the filter bag, after stopping, the shell cover is opened, and the material is hoisted out of the machine to the discharging place for discharging; Equipped with washing pipe, can wash the material,improving the working efficiency reducing the labor intensity, environmental sanitation condition in full conformity with the GMP standard, discharging
