Product Description

DPF Type disc separator with the upper belt transmission structure, and adopt the upper suspended supporting type for the main shaft, using nozzle discharge. So it is benefits significantly higher than other structures of the starch separators.

 

DPF series disc separator applys to :
1,Corn startch and gluten separation;
2,Concentration of gluten;
3,Pre-concentration of starch milk;
4,Clarify; also suitable for other similar product's separation.

 

Starch separator Description:

It's mainly used in pre-concerntration starch, separation of starch and gluten, concerntration of gluten(protein), clarify of
process water in the after step and so on.

In the starch separation process, the separator rotates in high speed the creates the centrifugal force, so the seoaration
efficiency id improved.At the same time maximized the production efficiency.

 

Disc separator is mainly used in the starch production that coming from maize, manioc, wheat, potatoes or other material sources for separating, concentrating and washing of starch and protein. The machine can also be applicable to the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries for producing of material sources which are adapted to the functions of this machine.

 

Description:

Corn starch,use disc separator to separate the starch and gluten,the gluten ,also called protein,will be coming from the light liquid phase while the crude starch milk discharged from the heavy liquid phase,,there is about 1%-2% gluten remains in the crude starch milk which needs to be deprived of . In the old fashioned process,during this process,3 disc separators would be adopted of the same model but the different diameter of the nozzles.For the large investment ,such group has been out of date.Today,for bigger capacity factory ,one set of disc separator with a 9-12 stage hydro cyclone to wash the starch milk and get the pure corn starch.commonly,1kg corn could obtain 0.7kg corn starch.

DetailThe bowl is forged and processed by numerical control machine, which is made from high-intensity and corrosion-proof stainless steel, and tested by NDT 4 TIMES at least. So that make sure the separator can work safely and reliably under high load and high rotation speed for a long time .

 

DPF starch separator's auto-control system is composed of power cabinet and operation cabinet (touch-screen control cabinet).
