Structures and properties

 It is a high speed separator. It has better separation. The separator is consisted of main body, driving device, bowl collecting pan and liquid-in bearing seats. The upper of the bowl is flexible mainshaft and the lower of it is damp floating. The mainshaft is connected with a driven wheel by the coupling seat with the buffer. The power is transmitted to the driven wheel by the motor through the transmission belt and the tensioner to make the bowl rotate around its axis at an overspeed and form a strong centrifugal force field. The product sprays into the liquid inlet from the bottom and liquid is forced to flow upward along the inner wall of the bowl and then is separated into different layers according to different density.
 

GF/GQ model is used to separate those suspension which is difficult to separate, especially the solid-liquid separation with small concentration, big viscosity, fine solid particles, and the solid-liquid weight difference is smaller, such as the clarification of various medical liquid/ glucose chlorhexidine/ malic acid/ various oral liquid/ rhizome menispermi, the extraction of coal tar/ graphite slag/ various protein/ alginate/ pectin, the purification of honey, the separation of blood, the sedimentation of vaccines mycelium/ glucose solution, and the purification of paints/ dyes/ various resins/ rubbers solutions.

Features: 

GQ/GF model: Solid particles with big density are gradually deposited on the drum's inner wall, and forms sediment layer, after machine is stopped, is removed by manual. While the clarified liquid flows out through the outlet on the upper of the drum.
