The Application

Working principle

On the top of drum is the flinch axis, under is the damp drift bearing. Main axis linked by buffer and passive wheel, via conveyor belt, fasten wheel, the dynamic is transmit to drum and it will rotate axes to run at rapid speed.The stuff is ripped into via liquid inlet, under the centrifuge force, the stuff along the wall of drum flow upward.

Structure

Drum is composed by upper cover, regulate loop, bottom cover drive the hollow axis and pipe drum. In the drum, there install 4 wing panels, make the liquid easily reach the speed of running corner. Discharge the liquid from the two outlets on the top of the drum, and then the liquid flow into the accumulating tray and tanks.

1.Drum, main axis and flinch joint hang on the belt wheel, the wheel combined other parts composed of machine head.
