Product Description

In producing protein powder, to improve the production efficiency and extraction rate as much as possible, RS food-grade protein centrifuges are more and more applied to the production process line, playing an increasingly important role in the production process. TheSZ protein centrifuge has a high-rigidity rotating rotor to ensure the bearings' service life under high-speed rotation. Simultaneously, it has a foam crushing device and a fully automatic cleaning program, which effectively improves the separation rate and reduces workforce maintenance costs. Fully enclosed high-speed centrifuges with high efficiency are gradually causing technological innovations in soy product production lines and are replacing traditional filter-type equipment:

LW Horizontal Decanter Centrifuges feature continuous feeding and discharge . This chemical separation equipment has been applied two-phase(solid-liquid) and three-phase(solid-liquid-liquid) slurries separation industry of chemicals, pharmaceutical, environment protection, as well as mining and food, etc.

1.   This liquid clarifying device adopts horizontal design which balances the layout of electric motor       and bowl. As a result, outstanding operation stability generates minimized vibration.

2.   Dual eletric motor control enables stepless speed adjustment on bowl and spiral components.

3.   Scroll conveyor flight inside this continuous centrifuge is painted by abrasion resistant alloy or welded by hard alloy. Moreover, main components on our horizontal decanter centrifuge, such as rotating bowl and spiral parts, are made from corrosion resistant stainless steel or dual- phase steel, whereby offering exceptional speed limits and separation ratio.

4.   Our mud dewatering equipment comes with three options including cycloidal gear, planetary gear and hydraulic differential, resulting in large rang of differential adjustment. Therefore, this  industrial centrifuge can be applible to diverse solids.

High Rigidity Screw Rotor

Decanter centrifuge is a typical double-rotor differential high-speed rotating device. Its separation factor in the protein industry is up to 3500G, which is the feature of a high-speed centrifuge. The rigidity of the rotor and the control of the unbalance amount are important factors for the stability ofoperation. RS centrifuge is designed in strict accordance with JB/T 8051-2008 centrifuge drum strength calculation specifications. The screw rotor (flexible in high speed state) is put under finite element modal analysis, so that the working speed is far from the first-order and the second-order critical speed to avoid the occurrence of resonance at high speed, ensuring the bearing service life and lowering vibration and noise.

At the acid-sinking section, the high-speed centrifuge will produce a large amount of bubbles in the separation and liquid discharging processes. If the bubble is not broken, it is hard to take out protein.RS protein isolation decanter is internally set with a bubble breaker, which plays a good role.
 

The bubble generated during the draining process of the centrifuge is easy to block the drain pipe, causing the fluctuation in the operating current of the centrifuge. RS protein isolation decanter is internally provided with a discharge device for centrifugal pump with pressure to avoid the supernatant being ejected at high speed. The device is particularly suitable for the condition that the liquid phase is directly input into the next section or the next working condition of equipment after separation. For example, in the protein separating process, the soybean milk after first and second extraction enters the acid precipitation tank, and if this device is used, the intermediate transition tank, the transfer pump, and related pipes and instruments are needless.
