Working Principle
The separator is consisted of main body, driving device, bowl,collecting pan and liquid-in bearing seats. The upper of the bowl is flexible mainshaft and the lower of it is damp floating. The mainshaft is connected with a driven wheel by the coupling seat with the buffer. The power is transmitted to the driven wheel by the motor through the transmission belt and the tensioner to make the bowl rotate around its axis at an overspeed and form a strong centrifugal force field. The product sprays into the liquid inlet from the bottom and liquid is forced to flow upward along the inner wall of the bowl and then is separated into different layers
according to different density.

Application Field

GQ Type is used for separating various suspension liquid, which is difficult to be separated, especially the separation of solid-liquid suspension, which is low concentration, high viscidity, fine solid phase granule, and very small difference in solid-liquid gravity, such as clarification of various liquid. Extract of paint, dye, as well as various protein, algae, pectin, and purification of rubber solution, etc.

 

GF Type is used for separating various emulsion, especially adaptable for liquid-liquid separation with slight gravity difference and liquid-liquid-solid separation with a little foreign matter, such as separation of various oil and micro-powder, extract liquid from plants, separation of plasma and red blood cell.

Clarifying Type (Solid-Liquid Separation)

 

The clarifying type of tubular centrifuge is designed to separate low percentages of solids between 1 and 0.001 microns in size which are suspended in a liquid. The high centrifugal force generated causes the solids to migrate to the wall of the centrifuge tube where they are retained. The clarified liquid is the discharged at the top of the tube.

Separating Type (Liquid-Liquid Separation)

 

The separating type of tubular centrifuge is designed to separate two (2) immiscible liquids of differing densities. The high centrifugal force generated causes the high density liquid to migrate toward the tube wall while the lower density liquid is displaced to the center of the tube. The separated liquids are then discharged at the top of the tube with dedicated outlets.

Separating Type (Liquid-Liquid-Solid Separation)

The separating type of tubular centrifuge to separate three (3) phase solutions. If any solids are present they will collect on the wall of the centrifuge tube while the two (2) separated liquids are discharged at the top of the tube by the dedicated outlets.
