Vertical Composting Fermentation Tank
The vertical composting fermentation tank mainly used to turn and mix organic waste like animal manure, sludge waste, sugar mill filter mud, bad meal and straw residue sawdust and other organic waste for anaerobic fermentation. The machine is widely used in organic fertilizer plant, sludge dump plant, horticulture plantation, fermentation of double spore decomposition and removal of water operation.
Organic Wastes can be put into the tank as long as its moisture below 70% without adding any other auxilliary materials. It is a continuous system, you can put wastes every day and organic fertilizer is produced every day
(at first time, the fermentation term is 7-10 days). Bucket Elevator lift up organic wastes and put them into tank automatically. Organic wastes are mixed by agitating blades inside of the tank. Special heat exchanger uses heat of exhaust gas to warm up fresh air to go into tank. The warm air is blowed from holes on the blades. The warm air speed up Aerobic Fermentation and evaporate water in organic wastes. After 7-10 days (On average), organic wastes are converted to high quality organic fertilizers.
Product Structure:
The whole equipment structure is divided into three parts, the lower base part is distributed with wave pressure station, vortex air pump, oil cylinder, heating system and stirring shaft, etc.; the central part is a double-layer heat insulation tank, automatic control system, export device, etc.
* Fully Enclosed Tank: The fermentation process is unaffected by the natural environment, so that the organic fertilizer production can reach the industrial processing standard. Moreover, it can also prevent the waste gas produced by fermentation from leaking out, so that to prevent the secondary pollution.
* The tank inside is made of polyurethane insulation layer, making it less affected by the outside and ensures year-round fermentation.
* Adopt hydraulic driving system with large thrust, so that to ensure the full load operation of the decayed material in the fermentation tank and ensure the stable operation.
* Adopt self-developed heat exchange treatment system to make the hot air in the tank loop ferment to reduce energy consumption and improve energy utilization rate.
* The inner wall of the fermenting tank is made of 304 anti-corrosion stainless steel with long service life.
* Adopt electrical control system, combination automatic and manual mode, easy to operate, easy to learn, save labor costs.
* Adopts the vertical closed tank structure, small footprint. It can be installed outdoors, does not need the workshop.
Deodorizing Systems:
Spray and biological bacteria double dispel harmful gas. Harmful gas such as ammonia are produced during organic fermentation. The Exhaust system of fermentation tower can be connected to a deodorant system during organic fermentation. Therefore the operation is simple and effective with relatively little investment.
Heat exchanger

Fermentation tower equipped the special heat exchanger which utilzes heat of ferrmentation in organic wastes. It vaponizes water and allows hot air to enter the system, providing heat to the strains. Therefore,the equipment can produce efficient fermentation without the use of heaters. 3kw/hour of heat exchange can reduce 40,000kw of electricity per year. he reduction in carbon dioxide emissions is equivalent to the annual absorption of 1000 cedar trees.
The fermentation tower is equipped with a hydraulic actuator,Which used to drive the axis of rotation, Open or close the loading door and control the discharge door. Hydraulic transmission avoids system overloads. The small hydraulic drive generates enormous power.
