High-performance B-type Three-phase Centrifuge for Food Waste Treatment

Food waste, commonly known as kitchen waste and food residues. It has a complex composition mainly including oil, water, peel, vegetables, rice, fish, meat, bones and waste utensils, plastic, paper towels and other substances. From the chemical composition, there are starch, cellulose, protein, lipids and inorganic salts.

Process Description

After a series of processes and high-temperature hydrolysis of food waste (slurry temperature is usually between 60 ~ 80 ºC ), we can use high-performance B-type three-phase centrifuge to separate "solid phase" (residue), "light liquid phase "(cooking oil) and" heavy liquid phase "( water).

RS Centrifuge has two different way to discharge the separated heavy liquid phase. That is, gravity discharge and built-in centripetal pump pressure discharge. Centripetal pump pressure discharge including the liquid layer fixed mode and the heavy phase layer online adjustable mode, which can be choose according to the needs of process condition.
