Features

1. Main function for this machine is to make big size coconut meat grind into small size granule coconut meat,which is necessary machine for deep processing coconut.

2. The coconut grinding machine consists of feed hopper, serrated type conversion, rack, spindle, bearing,transmission, and other components of the hopper. When the coconut meat get inside from the hopper,through tangent and approach to the zigzag. The mill will be cut into uniform filament coconut meat with therotating of saw tooth. Then come into the next process through the hopper. the machine is suitable for coconutand other fruits and vegetables.

3. Coconut meat grinding machine is grinding into fine particles by centrifugal force with serrated rotor. The machine has advanced design, simple structure, suitable for grinding meat and vegetables.

Working Principle

When the machine  is working, the motor drives millstone rolling in high speed which is installed with multiple spline, there are several toothed cutter on the millstone, material is sent into the machine cavity from hopper, mulled into powder via touch with cutter and leave from outlet port.In order to avert the material is out of cutter controlling under the centrifugal efforts, the hopper is specially designed in cone shape to get the best crush efforts.
