Working Principle

Driven by a powerful motor through a friction clutch spiral gear pair, the bowl spins at high speed around the main shaft. The stock liquid courses into the bowl's base through disc seat holes. Solids are swiftly propelled to the bowl's inner surface by centrifugal force, forming a dense residue that is manually discharged upon machine cessation. Meanwhile, light liquid ascends along disc outer cones, reaching the main shaft center, and exits via the light liquid centripetal pump outlet. Heavy liquid descends along inner disc surfaces to the bowl wall, exiting through the heavy liquid centripetal pump outlet.
