Working principle of Plate And Frame Filter Press

Plate and frame filter press is an intermittent solid-liquid separation equipment. It consists of a frame, a filter and a
transmission system. The filter plate and the filter frame are arranged to form a filter chamber. It is sent to each filter room, and the solid and liquid are separated through the filter medium. Filter structure is an important structure of filter press, which includes: filter plate, filter cloth, pull plate system and unloading system. The function of the filter structure is to contact the suspended matter input by the feed pump with the filter cloth, so that the liquid is separated from it and discharged out of the equipment through the circuit designed by the filter plate, and the solid is blocked by the filter cloth in the filter chamber. Accumulates into a filter cake.
