The main part of the centrifuge is a bowl and its functional parts of scraper action, mechanical drive, and casing are all modularized. They can realize the optionally multifunction combination.
Mode of scraper action: Hydraulic, pneumatic, electric, or manual.
Starting mode: Converter or clutch.
Braking casting: Conversion braking unit, manual braking shoe.
Cover: Full opening lid, semi-opening lid, or closed lid.
The bowl cast in stainless steel rotates simultaneously together with the main shaft, which is driven by the pulley with the conductive static V-belt by a motor. The material is fed into the basket through a feeding pipe. The material is splashed onto the bowl's wall under a centrifugal force field. The liquid flows into the casting space through the strainer and perforation, falling on the chassis and then draining out from the liquid outlet, and the solid is left behind the inner surface of the strainer. The layer thickness is controlled by the specially dedicated detector of the material level. Both feeding and washing will be controlled by the only used feeding valve. After the basket is turned to the state of discharging speed the solid will be scraped off by the scraper and then discharged out of the bowl from the bottom outlet.

1. Platform base with liquid damping shock absorption:
The platform base structure could lower the center of gravity and stabilize the machine. The base also can be the operation platform. Applying the liquid damping technique improves the performance of shock absorption in a centrifuge. It has four stands with a big distance between each other. No foundation construction making installation and repairs convenient.

4. Nitrogen protection: Apply nitrogen to detect the oxygen amount contained in the machine online ensuring the safe operation.
5. Big hinged enclosure cover and Automatic online cleaning system: According to GMP standards, we designed a large hinged cover for this model, which is much more convenient for inspection, repairs, and install the filter cloths. Set the 3 cleaning devices, up, middle, and bottom, to clean the chamber before the machine runs and during it runs, effectively removing the materials left by the last cycle.
6. Individualized design: No foundation construction, big operation platform, convenient hinged cover, Automatic online cleaning system, anti-explosive device, watching lens and cleaner, alert marks, etc. It makes the operation and maintenance simple, convenient. It is well individualized.
7. Safety protection equipment: Take safety into account when designing and manufacturing in terms of the machine's strength, life, and safety equipment. It installs a set of mechanic and electric interlocking protection devices, such as over-vibration protection, current overflow protection, thermal control protection, material protection, protection for scraper movement, and protection when opening the cover, ensuring safety during the machine work.
8. Automatic control: The machine is programmable to run subject to the technique requirements and controlled by a set of equipment like PLC, touch-screen monitor, frequency converter, dynamic braking, air-powered or hydraulic system. Programs are modifiable with individualized interfaces. Remote control realized the unmanned operation meeting the modern massive production needs. Self-detection systems can quickly detect problems during the machine runs.
9. Pneumatic: Applying air-power could avoid the contamination of the materials by oil, well meet the requirements of pharmacy, foodstuff, and fine chemicals industries.
10. Surface treatment: Apply the surface treatment techniques like polishing, acid treatment, and passivation to treat the welding line, hole, and screw to ensure that the surface meets the GMP standards.

*Structure:
Feeding pipe, washing pipe, observation window, and exhaust hole lightening hole have been applied in the turning over cover of the out shell. The sealing structure, rotating drum and out shell, and turning over cover are all made of stainless steel (SUS304), machine chassis parts are made of cast material, and the surface is covered with stainless steel. The rotating drum, inside and outside surfaces of the outs hell, and the exposed parts of the machine have all been polish treated.
