This semi-automatic pneumatic filling machine is mainly suitable for high viscosity paste containing particles and prone to oil-water stratification, such as chili sauce, beef sauce, bean paste, hot pot bottom material, etc. The machine is equipped with mixing motor. The paste filling machine with 2 or 4 heads can be customized according to the requirements of customers.

Durable Construction

The material of this pneumatic stirring filling machine is mainly stainless steel. The piston is made of Teflon materials. The solid base keeps it sturdy. Removable buckles make the liquid filling machine easy to maintain.

Heating & Stirring

This thick paste filling machine is equipped with a vertical mixing stirring hopper, 30L capacity. The temperature is adjustable by temperature control. Mixing power: 120W; Heating power: 1400W.

Accurate Filling

Filling Range: 50-5000ml. With great power and stable air pressure, the air cylinder supports the filling process well. You can adjust the working speed of the cylinder, filling speed, and filling volume.

Convenient Operation

The lotion filling machine features the manual/auto model, a pedal switch, an emergency stop with a safe cut-out device. It works well with an air compressor (not offered).

Important Note:
The machine keeps heating by boiling the medium, so you must add water or oil(not include) as the medium into the machine.
Otherwise, dry heating will lead to the heating pipe broken and the heating function failure.
