HR series two-stage piston pushing centrifuge for Sodium chloride, potassium chloride, ammonium chloride
Horizontal two-stage piston pusher centrifuge has characteristics, automatic continuous operation, large production capacity, high output, low energy consumption, compact structure, the grain not easy to break, the cake be washed, etc. It is suitable for the separation of medium particle crystal or short fiber suspension.
Main features
1. The whole operation process is fully automatic, continuous operation, without manual intervention operation.
2. Processes such as feeding, separating, washing, drying and discharging are completed at full speed.
3. Suitable for the separation of concentrated suspensions (solid content 30%-90%) containing medium particles in the form of
crystals or short fibers.
4. Low crushing for grain, the filter cake can be washed.
5. High production capacity, high recovery rate, low moisture content of filter cake, low energy consumption.
6. Parameters can be optimized for specific situations to better suit the user's requirements.
7. The number of pushes is adjustable, which can better adapt to the needs of process changes.
8. According to different materials, pipe feeding or screw feeding is optional, and it has a wide range of applicable materials.
