The clarifying type of tubular centrifuge is designed to separate low percentages of solids between 1 and 0.001 microns in size which are suspended in a liquid. The high centrifugal force generated causes the solids to migrate to the wall of the centrifuge tube where they are retained. The clarified liquid is the discharged at the top of the tube.
The separating type of tubular centrifuge is designed to separate two (2) immiscible liquids of differing densities. The high centrifugal force generated causes the high density liquid to migrate toward the tube wall while the lower density liquid is displaced to the center of the tube. The separated liquids are then discharged at the top of the tube with dedicated outlets.
The separating type of tubular centrifuge to separate three (3) phase solutions. If any solids are present they will collect on the wall of the centrifuge tube while the two (2) separated liquids are discharged at the top of the tube by the dedicated outlets.
Mechanical Centrifuge
A mechanical centrifuge can be used to obtain virgin coconut oil, which is considered to be one of the purest forms. During this process, coconut meat is emptied into a machine which chops the meat into tiny pieces. These little pieces are placed into a light screw press and the milk is extracted from the meat; then, the remaining coconut is placed in a high speed mechanical centrifuge which rapidly spins the coconut. Through the spinning process, the oil is separated from the meat and collected. Mechanical centrifuge coconut oil retains a strong coconut taste and smell and requires no refining processes.

GF Tubular Centrifuge Separator is used for separating various kinds of liquids that are difficult to be separated, especially suitable for liquid-liquid separation and liquid-liquid-solid separation.
It is a highspeed centrifuge with strong separating capacity. The bowl of the centrifuge rotates around its axis and forms a strong centrifugal force, the centrifugal force separates the suspensions into liquids and solid.
The suspension is fed through the bottom into the hollow cylindrical rotor which has two outlets at the top to allow the discharge of the separated liquids. The lighter liquid and the heavier liquid will flow out from the respective liquid outlets. At the same time the solids are deposited on the bowl's wall and the accumulated solids are cleaned out manually from the bowl when the centrifuge is shut down.
The parts contact with the material is made of stainless. The machine body can be stainless or iron casted with painting according to the material to be separated or the requirement of the customer.
The capacity of the tubular centrifuge separators is from 10L/h to 3000L/h depending on the different type of the tubular centrifuges and the density of the mixture to be separated.

Working Principle:
This separator is a highspeed separator, with strong separating capacity, as an intermittently operated centrifugal equipment, composed of the main body, driving unit, bowl, liquid collector tray, and feed liquid bearing seat. The upper part of the bowl is the flexibility spindle and the lower part is the floating damper bearing. The spindle is coupled by coupling seat buffer and the driven wheel. The motor passes the dynamic force to the driven wheel through driving strap and tension pulley, thus for the bowl to rotate around its own axis at high speed, to form a strong centrifugal force field. The material is injected inside from the liquid inlet on the bottom. The centrifugal force compels the material liquid to flow upwards along the inner wall of bowl, and to be separated due to densities of different ingredients of material liquid. GF model is a separating equipment where there the liquid phase of large density is formed into outer ring and the liquid phase of small density is shaped into inner ring, to flow to the top of bowl, to be discharged out from their respective liquid outlets. The micro solids settle on the wall of the bowl and are to be manually discharged after the machine is shut down.
