Description:
The starch disc separator is high speed and continuous nozzle discharge type. They are mainly used for protein separation in the starch industry, like corn starch, sweet potato starch, cassava starch and potato starch, etc. for purifying starch, previous concentration, separating protein and recovering starch in starch production and also separating two-phase liquid-solid, recovering concentration or purifying, such as bleaching earth, recovering pulp, waste water, etc.
All the parts of the separator contacting the materials are made of stainless steel, therefore it meets the requirement of food hygiene. The design production and acceptance check are complied with JB/T6419 "Disc Starch Separator".
In today's art, 3 phase decanter is mainly used for separate starch A, B starch gluten and liquid pentosan,AT present, this 3phase decanter is mainly produced by FLOTTWEG, WESTFALIA ,.
Commonly, before separation, wheat starch B with 1.5-3Be waste, and after the nozzle separator treatment, the underflow concentration is 3-10Be.
Competitive Advantages

(Underflow thickness can highest achieve to 20Be) After the heavy phase go through nozzles, then the heavy phase discharge out from volute. While the heavy phase go through the bottom of volute, some of heavy phase go back to the heavy phase zone(in the drum) for second separation by passing the refluent pipe, by which it can improve the separation effects and concentration of heavy phase. This machine operate conveniently and stably.

5, Long-term continue operation, little stop, stable operation. Don't need to wash the drum and disk frequently.
6, Outer-block nozzle is easy to wash and needn't disassembly the disk. Large nozzle diameter and excessive nozzle quantity , uneasy block;
7, Using imported S-K-F bearing, the bearing can bear large capacity and has a long-term life-span. Adopt oil pump can supply the oil continuely and controlled by PLC automatically, so make the lubricate safety and credibility.
8, The vertical shaft is bi-support even intensity balanced framework, therefore it have great fatigue resistance and good under stress condition.
9, Great load capacity of strap. And the life-span is long. Easy to change the strap, don't need to disassembly the vertical shaft. The strap is tensioned by spring, don't need to regulate the strap after start-up, stable under stress, no skidding, which improve the life-span of strap.
Working Principle
DPF type separator is mainly consists the feed device, rotating drum, cover, the body,horizontal shaft, vertical shaft, ground water pump, machine base, motor and other components.
When the rotating drum running a high speed, when the material enter into the disc separation area through the feeding pump
(1), under the action of the centrifugal force field, the starch particles slip to the inside wall of the drum, discharged from the nozzle
(2),and the light phase like protein and others will collect to the drum center, discharged out of the machine via centripetal pump
(3).The machine has a washing bottom pump, the washing water into the drum from the vertical center hole
(4), it is used for washing the yellow paste of the starch material, and effectively improve the quality of starch.
