DHSY series separator is a high-speed, stable, airtight and efficient automatic control equipment, mainly used in milk, beer, beverage and pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries solid-liquid two phase separation. All parts in contact with materials are made of advanced stainless steel materials, effectively reducing the surface corrosion of separated materials and contact parts, in line with food hygiene requirements. The separated light phase material is output by the centripetal pump, the highest output pressure can reach 0.3mpa. The machine adopts the form of upper feeding, which requires lower inlet pressure of materials.
The power transmission adopts belt drive, and the inverter controls the motor to start slowly, driving the vertical shaft to reach the rated speed, so that the start process and operation is stable.
Sliding piston slagging action by computer program and PLC automatic control, can realize partial slagging, also can realize full slagging, part of the size of the amount of slagging adjustable, high degree of automation, strong adaptability to process adjustment, convenient adjustment, can greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers.
