This machine is applied to blister filling and sealing packing of melted fruit jam, chocolate, cream and other foods. Full process is automatic, from blister forming to liquid filling, composite film sealing and punching to final products, which greatly reduces labor costs.
Main configuration:
1.Adopt full set of Mitsubishi HMI, PLC and servo control system. With easier operation, higher precision and lower failure rate
Optical tracking system adopts imported three color sensor, which can sense all colors and transmit strong signal. Make sure to use color film, and make it align with the forming area of the bottom film.
2.Feeder adopts stainless steel 316, with jacket layer for heating function, and with removable piston for easy cleaning.
3.With safety cover made of food-grade 304/2B stainless steel and aluminum.
4.The pneumatic parts which is adopt original AirTac solenoid valves and cylinders.
5.Can equip with coding system
1) The structure is rational. And elements of electricity and gas are all from Siemens and SMC,making sure that the machine can run stably for a long time.
2) Adopt humane design,combination of split,and can enter into lift and cleaning room.
3) The installation of mold adopts fast-installing screw. Travel route adopts mathematical control,And it's convenient to change specification.
4) It has vision rejection function(option) ensuring the integrity of the product.
5) Reserved the position of forming material,meeting the requirements of technological production.
6) Ensuring the safety of operation and each station have visible safety cover.
