Self cleaning performance: Due to the relative rotation of the blade movement, they have a continuous self-cleaning effect on the nearby inner surface. The products that adhere to each other and accumulate on the blades can be removed and re-entered into the production process.
Simple control: The drying process and residence time can be easily checked, controlled, and adjusted. They can be individually set and adjusted based on the physical properties of the dried product, including the number of shafts or blades, rotational speed, temperature of the heat exchanger, and drying time.

Working Principle
Hollow shaft dense arrangement with the wedge-shaped hollow blade, the heat medium through the hollow shaft flow through the blade. The effective volume of heat transfer area is very large, the heat medium can be water vapor, can also be hot water or heat conducting oil.
