Product Description
Pyrolysis, also known as dry distillation or thermolysis, is a chemical process that decomposes large organic molecules into smaller substances under high-temperature conditions in the absence or shortage of oxygen. Simply put, it involves "heating" waste without introducing air (oxygen), causing chemical decomposition rather than combustion.
A pyrolysis equipment production line is an industrialized and continuous system that carries out this process. It primarily
targets various types of organic solid waste, converting them into high-value energy and chemical raw materials through efficient recycling. This technology is one of the core methods for achieving "reduction, resource recovery, and harmless treatment" of waste.
Pyrolysis plant is a technology which feed waste materials like waste tires, plastic, oil sludge, aluminum plastic, medical waste, multiple solid waste, hazardous waste, etc. in a sealed reactor, convert into oil gas, carbon black, aluminum, charcoal, solid residue, steel wire(for tires) and uncondensable syngas, etc.The oil gas goes through water condensing system to be condensed into liquid oil, which is a good heating fuel used in industries. The uncondensable syngas usually recycled as heating fuel back to heat reactor. The extra syngas can be stored for other industries heating. Carbon black could be further processed into pellets or grinded into powder for further uses. Steel wire could be sold to steel factoris. The whole process need about 22 hours per batch.
