Automatic Sea Salt Separation Processing Machine 2 Stage Pusher Centrifuge

The HR series are horizontal two-stage piston-pusher filter centrifuges working on continuous operation mode. They are able to do feeding, separation, washing, discharge and other processes at full speed continually. Their features include continuous operation, steady running, high RCF, high production capacity, fine washing effect, low moisture content of cake, low solid content of mother liquor etc. They apply to separate the solid phase matter whose particle size is larger than 0.08 mm from the suspension with concentration over 40%. They are suitable to chemical industry, fertilizer, alkali, salt, and other industries, particularly suitable to sodium chloride, ammonium chloride, ammonium bicarbonate, sodium sulfate, urea and other solid-liquid separation.

Features

The HR series centrifuge has the following significant features:,

1. Adopting a brand new structure, designing a more reliable and advanced fabric method, a fast and stable axial reversing mechanism, high rotational speed and feeding frequency, smooth and flat milling plate mesh, and reasonable process parameters can achieve ideal high output.

2. The high separation factor brought about by high rotational speed results in a filling and loosening process when the material enters the second stage drum from the first stage drum, thereby reducing the moisture content of the filter cake very low.

3. When there is a requirement for the purity of solid products, this machine can perform effective washing. If necessary, the washing solution and mother liquor can be discharged separately.

4. The dense and uniform precise gaps of the milling screen mesh, as well as the thick filter cake forming a filter bed, can intercept a large number of small crystals, reduce the loss of crystals with the mother liquor, and thus achieve a higher solid recovery rate.

5. Accurate design, careful selection, and precise machining and assembly enable the machine to work without faults for a long time, with low maintenance and repair costs.

6. The high-precision gaps and high opening rate of milling screen mesh make the use of this model of centrifuge increasingly broad.

Working principle

The pusher centrifuge is a fully automatic continuous filter centrifuge. The solid/liquid mixture to be separated is continuously conveyed to the high-speed rotating feed distributor of the centrifuge through a conveying pipe or a screw conveyor of the centrifuge to be evenly distributed on the screen of the first-stage drum. The liquid to be separated rapidly passes through the screen of the centrifuge under strong centrifugal force and is discharged into the liquid collecting hood; the solid phase is trapped on the surface of the screen by the screen to form a solid filter cake. The two-stage push-type centrifuge drum rotates at a high speed, and the first-stage drum also performs axial reciprocation under the action of the hydraulic piston through the push rod; thus, the ring-shaped solid filter cake is pressed according to the piston. The length of the stroke is pushed to the second stage drum through the first stage,drum; after the filter cake of the second stage drum is further dehydrated, it is pushed to the solid collection tank of the casing to discharge the centrifuge.

The second-stage pusher centrifuge and the pusher pan of the three-stage pusher centrifuge are axially reciprocated while rotating, so that the solid filter cake on the first-stage drum is sequentially pushed to the second-stage drum. The third stage drum is finally collected by the collection tank and discharged into the centrifuge. In some industrial applications, the solid needs to be washed to obtain a high- purity product; while the piston pusher centrifuge is running, the washing liquid can be sprayed on the surface of the filter cake to effectively wash the filter cake; after the washing liquid rinses the filter cake, It is also discharged through the screen and the liquid collection hood; the washing liquid and the mother liquid can be discharged separately.
