It is Used for beer pre-clarification, imported for sealing, and outlet for centripetal pump.

2, Operating temperature

 

1, not higher than 50 degree.

 

2, the temperature  : Pre-clarification or clarification of of the leavened beer is 0-5 degrees.

For other occasions, the temperature of the young beer is 5-8 degrees, the cold wort is 7-10 degrees, and the hot wort is 60-90 degrees.

 

3 the requirements

 

1, after separation, , the CO₂ in the beer should meet the GB4927 and GB/T 4928.

 

2, The clarified liquid outlet pressure of the separator should be at least not less than 1.47*10⁵ MPA.

 

3, Parts and seals in contact with beer shall comply with the regulations (GB2758/ GB4927 OR gb/t 4928 )and shall not affect the sensory, color and hygiene requirements of the beer.

 

4,the machine should be easy to wash.

1.Machine starts the friction to start off, about six to ten minutes. the machine runs smoothly, low noise 

and vibration, the installation path is very easy to operate.

 

2.The bearings use imported F-A-G, transducer using Japan brand " Fuji", the main strengthen parts of Roller body and Roller cover use 2Cr13,
and the other parts of contacted materials such as Disc all use 304L.

 

3.The Stainless steel cover use SUS304

 

4.The base use casting steel, coating does the same way as ship bottom.
