Introduction This high-speed tea packaging machine is mainly used for packaging of crushed tea and other similar granular materials (20 to 40 mesh bulk non-stick granular or flaky materials), which can realize the functions of automatic feeding, double-row slitting of inner bags, heat sealing and welding of label filter paper cotton thread, counting and stacking of tea bags and grouping output, etc.; it can be customized to develop the functions of summarizing and feeding inner bags into outer bags, heat sealing and forming of outer bags, counting and grouping output of finished products, etc.; the whole machine can complete the product packaging work in a coordinated and orderly manner through PLC, HMI and multi-axis servo control system.
