Stainless Steel Construction
This machine is made of premium stainless steel, resistant to corrosion, rust, alkali and acid, solid and durable. Piston is made of teflon materials. Anti-drip filling nozzle ensures accurate filling. Filling volume: 100-1000ml. Accuracy: ±0.5%.
U-type Mixing Hopper
This machine is designed with a large stainless steel hopper with automatic mixing function to ensure authentic filling. Adopting spiral mixer, fully mixing the sauce evenly, make the filling more accurate. Cover with lifting handles, easy to open.
Efficient Cylinder
With a great power and stable air pressure, the air cylinder supports the filling process well. Blue button controls the working speed of cylinder, orange one for filling speed. Filling volume is adjustable through swing hand.
Full Copper Motor
This machine can be driven by both pneumatic and electric power. High efficient full copper motor with strong power makes the filling machine stable performance with less noise!
Convenient Pedal Switch
Two control models: auto operation or point control with a pedal switch. Emergency stop switch to control the machine at any time with safe cut-out device.
