LW 250 centrifuge is widely used by users, with large size, rotating speed of 5000r/min, small processing capacity, etc. According to the actual use, it can be divided into: clarification type, dehydration type, concentration type, separation type, classification type and extraction type, Users can choose by themself.
The actual project has been used in the following industries: papermaking, magnetic particle treatment, sewage treatment, pharmacy, food, laboratory, petroleum industry, new energy, biotechnology, chemical fiber, polymeric materials ,leather manufacturing, cosmetics, printing and dyeing, knitting, etc.
Introduce:
LW Horizontal Decanter Centrifuges feature continuous feeding and discharge. This chemical separation equipment has been applied Two-Phase (Solid - Liquid) and Three-Phase (Solid - Liquid - Liquid) slurries separation industry of chemicals, pharmaceutical, environment protection, as well as mining and food, etc.
LW500 decanter centrifuge uses the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating drum to intercept the solid particles in the suspension in the drum and automatically discharge them out of the machine under the action of the force. At the same time, under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid in the suspension is thrown out through the filter medium and the small hole of the drum, so as to achieve the purpose of liquid-solid separation and filtration.
According to different materials, it is mainly divided into decanter centrifuges for maximum concentration of solids, decanter centrifuges for separation of mixed liquid, which are mainly used for separation of soybean, peanut and other plant and animal protein, purification of fruit juice and separation of fiber, separation of plant extract, separation of fish meal, separation of distiller's grains, as well as treatment of industrial wastewater and treatment of catering waste.
Two motor, two frequency inverter drive system, realize differential speed stepless regulation and energy return
Drum cone cylinder material outlet: Replaceable wear resistant, corrosion resistant ceramic alloy bushing.
Main bearing: Sweden NSK
Main sealing parts: Taiwan SOG, material is Nitrile butadiene rubber
Main and vice inverter use common DC bus, vice motor's function is generating electricity ( save electricity)
PLC remote control (Customer selection).
