The machine is piston Paste filling machine ,which is mainly suitable for filling Paste ,Sauce,Glue ,juice,milk and other beverage.It's width used in food and chemical industry.The machine is made from SUS 304 .We also can customized the SUS316L.

1). Driven by a cylinder and piston made from materials with one-way valves control the flow of materials; Magnetic reed switch
control cylinder itinerary can be regulated filling volume.

4). Some contact materials are 304 stainless steel materials, in line with the GMP requirements.

Heating & Stirring
This thick paste filling machine is equipped with a vertical mixing stirring hopper, 30L capacity. The temperature is adjustable by temperature control. Mixing power: 120W; Heating power: 1400W.
Accurate Filling
Filling Range: 50-5000ml. With great power and stable air pressure, the air cylinder supports the filling process well. You can adjust the working speed of the cylinder, filling speed, and filling volume.
Convenient Operation
The lotion filling machine features the manual/auto model, a pedal switch, an emergency stop with a safe cut-out device. It works well with an air compressor (not offered).
Application
This semi-auto filling machine is designed for doing filling paste and liquids. It can help you fill quantitative paste, liquid as well, in the fields of daily chemistry, food and beverage, pharmacy, and so on.
Important Note:
The machine keeps heating by boiling the medium, so you must add water or oil(not include) as the medium into the machine.
Otherwise, dry heating will lead to the heating pipe broken and the heating function failure.
