The tubular centrifuge operates via a series of precision-engineered components: sliding bearing, drum assembly, liquid collection plate, machine head, and the main body. The motor's power is efficiently transferred to the drum, driving it to rotate at high speeds and generate a formidable centrifugal force within the drum's interior. Material is fed from the base, where it undergoes stratification due to the intense centrifugal forces. Lighter liquids consolidate centrally and are siphoned off via the liquid collecting tray, while denser solids are propelled to the drum's interior walls, ready for manual removal once the unit powers down.

GQ Model - Two-Phase Separation: The GQ model is expertly deployed for challenging suspension separations, excelling in conditions with low concentration, high viscosity, and fine solid particles where solid-liquid gravity differences are negligible.
