Our centrifuges gently extract the juice from the berry puree, ensuring extremely low solids content and high yields.
When juice companies produce concentrate, residual by-products are produced during ultrafiltration or clarification.
This precipitable solid slag can be processed using our decanter centrifuges. This not only reduces the amount of waste to be disposed of, but also increases the total output.
