Scraper centrifuge is a type of full-automatic centrifuge with continuouslywarking and batch operation. Accordingto the structure. it can be divided intoSiphonic Scraper Centrifuge (GKH series)and common scraper centrifuge (GK series). The scraper centrifuge can be switchedbetween automatic and manual operation, so it can realize the periodiccyclic operation of feeding dehydration,washing and discharging of the feed material. Compared with common scraper centrifuge, the siphonic scraper centrifugehas siphonic force like vacuum, so it hasbetter production capacity and separationeffect. Especially, it is suitable for the feed material which has small solids, highviscosity. slow filtration and that needs towash the filter cake.

Main structure

The Machine Base Stand is made of carbon steel welded structure, throughout the body is constituted by the components of the base, the bearing box, the rotary body, the chassis and the door cover, an electric motor, a transmission device.A vibration isolation device is designed to fit the work space, to ensure the stable operation of the machine and can greatly reduce the vibration and noise.
The two ends of the Main Axis adopts touch-seal type, the front bearing part was Labyrinth sealed by high speed frame oil, the back bearing part was sealed by high speed frame oil;The transmission device is convenient for installation and repair and a bearing temperature detecting device is installed on the base, the spindle bearings are all imported bearings.


The structure of the Machine door cover is made of Carbon steel and with Stainless steel liner cover outside, which including many components such as main feeding pipe, extra feeding pipe, washing pipe, visual glass, material level detector, liquid skimming device, scraper device and so on.


With Strict dynamic balance detection test, the drum was made by finishing of welding stainless steel parts, which has good balance and 100% weld NDE(None Destruction Detection).

Discharging by screw conveyor device, it can effectively prevent the phenomenon of blocking to some difficult slipping materials.
