PS series filter centrifuge has reasonable structure design,simple geometric shapes which can eliminate the health corners effectively,structural parts smooth transition,the surface polished, external components,fasteners and the parts contacting material are made of stainless steel,the shell is clamshell type,which can thoroughly clean the inter-layer between shell and bowl.Base is the flat structure,reducing the machine center of gravity,small size,the shell and base is overall welded form,bearing's strength is high.Configuration of liquid rubber damper to reduce vibration, which can realize installation without basing.Shell is clamshell model with a large or small,cover with feed tube, washing pipe, light mirror,observation port, and spray systems,it is also equipped with nitrogen protective devices to isolate the machine chamber and outside air.Direct or external type specific motor,belt drive eliminates potential dust,inverter start smoothly, dynamic braking, the machine is good sealing performance,anti-explosion situation.

PS series flat filtration centrifuge's bowl is based parts,external-coupled motor drives the belt and the bowl rotate at high speed to form a centrifugal force field.Suspension liquid flow into the bowl from the top of the feeding tube, under the action of centrifugal force, threw to the drum wall,then into the inter-layer between shell and bowl through the filter holes in the bowl. Next,threw into the liquid collection chamber at the bottom of machine,discharged by the drain pipe,and solid phase retained the bowl.For washing,the washing water through the washing tube to wash,solid phase is discharged from the top by hand.

Structure And Principle

The flat plate lower discharge centrifuge is mainly composed of a drum, and modular design of functional components such as scraper drive, mechanical transmission, and casing allows it to achieve any combination of multiple functions. The scraper drive has hydraulic, pneumatic, manual, and other methods. The starter is equipped with variable frequency starter and electric brake. The motor is driven by a belt to rotate the spindle of the drum, forming a centrifugal force field. The separated suspension enters the drum from the top feeding pipe and falls on the cloth tray. Under the action of centrifugal force, it is thrown towards the drum wall. The liquid phase passes through the filter screen on the drum wall, and the filter hole is thrown into the casing space. It is collected in the chassis and discharged through the discharge pipe, while the solid phase remains inside the filter cloth. If washing is necessary, the washing water is added to the washing pipe for washing. After the dehydration is completed, the drum rotates at a low speed, and the scraper scrapes down the solid matter, which is discharged through the discharge port at the bottom of the drum.
