Product Description

Model GK centrifuge is the filter equipment characterized with continuous running, scraper discharging and intermittenent operation, applicable to the separation of the suspension liquid containing medium-sized granules or fine granules(0.01mm-5mm).It can also be used for the separating of the suspension liquid containing short fibers(with the fiber length less than 4mm), with the concentration of the suspension liquid being 10%-60%.With hydraulic and electric joint control mode adopted, this series of centrifuges are capable of high degree of automization, with such working processes as by means of PLC for full automatic control.The horizontal scraper discharging centrifuge has good adaptability to the material to be processed and thus can be widely used in such industrial fields as chemical, light industry, food, pharmacy etc.



Main Constructure of Model GK Peeler Scraper Discharge Centrifuge

The Machine Base Stand is made of carbon steel welded structure, throughout the body is constituted by the components of the base, the bearing box, the rotary body, the chassis and the door cover, an electric motor, a transmission device.A vibration isolation device is designed to fit the work space, to ensure the stable operation of the machine and can greatly reduce the vibration and noise.
The two ends of the Main Axis adopts touch-seal type, the front bearing part was Labyrinth sealed by high speed frame oil, the back bearing part was sealed by high speed frame oil;The transmission device is convenient for installation and repair and a bearing temperature detecting device is installed on the base, the spindle bearings are all imported bearings.


The structure of the Machine door cover is made of Carbon steel and with Stainless steel liner cover outside, which including many components such as main feeding pipe, extra feeding pipe, washing pipe, visual glass, material level detector, liquid skimming device, scraper device and so on.


With Strict dynamic balance detection test, the drum was made by finishing of welding stainless steel parts, which has good balance and 100% weld NDE(None Destruction Detection).

Discharging by screw conveyor device, it can effectively prevent the phenomenon of blocking to some difficult slipping materials.
