Structure and principle

The separator is a high-speed separator with strong separation ability.It is made up of machine body, transmission device, rotary drum, liquid collecting disk, liquid inlet bearing seat, the upper part of the drum is a principal axis, the lower part is a damping floating bearing, the main shaft is connected with the connecting seat and buffer to the passive wheel, and the motor passes through the drive belt, The tensioning wheel transfers the power to the passive wheel so that the drum rotates around its center of gravity at high speed and forms a strong centrifugal force field.The centrifugal force forces the fluid to flow upward along the inner wall of the drum and is stratified by the density difference of the different components of the liquid.

Features

GQ Model (clarification type): It is mainly used for separating all kinds of suspension difficult to be separated, especially suitable for separation of solid-liquid suspension with light concentration, heavy viscosity, fine particles and very small differential gravity of the two phases. For example clarifying all kinds of medicine fluid, oral liquid, paint, protein,algae, pectin extraction, glucose chlorhexidine, malic acid, radix soghorae tonkinensis, coal tar and graphite; saponin, sirup; blood separation, settling vaccine mycelia and all kinds of glucose; refining paint, resin, and latex solution.

The tubular separator clarification type is a kind of fine separation equipment, which is suitable for liquid solid separation with low solid content and less difference of specific gravity. It is a necessary equipment for pharmaceutical, food, chemical, biological, beverage products and many other industries. The principle is to separate materials with different specific gravity under the strong centrifugal force which generated by high speed rotating of the bowl.
