stainless steel mill grinder, elegant and exquisite. The crushing chamber is easy to clean with the steel brush and hairbrush we
provide.
Pure copper motor features a power output, low energy consumption, and high speed but low noise. This commercial spice grinder is
equipped with two buttons(Red Emergency Stop Button & Power Switch) for easy operation.
Production capacity: 10-70 kg/h. There is a coarse and fine regulating valve to adjust the powder fineness(50-200 mesh). You can
adjust the parameter while the machine is grinding the material. We recommend you to get roughly powder first, then super fineness
powder.
The electric herb grinder adopts two grinding discs rotating and pushing against each other, thereby crushing the materials. The
powder sleeve and grinding basin are precisely adjusted with the tooth curve to reduce noise and vibration. Three scrapers make
the flour mill grind finely.
A large hopper with a feeding control valve is easy to control the feeding volume. The special discharge port with an iron suction
device enables fast and clean discharging. Several vents improve the ventilation and heat dissipation capacity of the motor.
Application
1. Various grains including sesame, walnuts, rice, black rice, soybeans, mung beans, peanuts, lotus seeds, corn, sorghum, barley, buckwheat, oats, etc.; 2. Various dried medicinal materials including almonds, poria cocos, red dates, ginseng, wolfberry, coix seed, hawthorn, yam, shouwu, red beans, donkey-hide gelatin, frankincense, dodder, angelica, codonopsis, astragalus, etc.
Operation method: ★1. Grinding dry grains and various materials: Normally it needs to be ground twice, first coarse grinding, then fine grinding. During rough grinding, release the baffle of the discharge port by 3/2, and adjust the thickness until there is a squeak and return to silent (that is, keep the distance between the two grinding discs in a state where they are about to be touched but not actually touched). During fine grinding, the feed opening baffle is opened 3/1, the thickness is adjusted to the squeaking sound, and then the fine adjustment is done by half a circle to a circle a little bit. ★2. Mixed grinding of dry grains and oily materials: Normally it needs to be ground twice, first coarse grinding and then fine grinding. There are two methods. 1: First coarsely grind the dry grains once, then mix the oily material with the dry coarsely ground powder in proportion to grind once, and then finely grind the second time. During rough grinding, release the feed opening 3/2, adjust the thickness to squeak, and then return to silent. During fine grinding, release the feed opening 3/1, adjust the thickness to the squeak, and then fine-tune it a little bit. 2: Put the dry grains into the hopper first, and then put the oily materials into the hopper. If it is sesame seeds, you don't need to stir, just turn on the machine to make the mixture enter the crushing chamber for smashing; if it is walnuts, use a spoon to stir to make the mixture as uniform as possible to ensure that the ground material will not be oily and sticky. .
