Introduction of filling machine:

The machine is suitable for automatic filling and sealing of plastic cups, plastic boxes and other containers. Used for packaging drinks, yogurt, jam, pudding, soybean milk, purified water, etc. Fully automatic operation, automatic cup dropping, ultraviolet sterilization, sealing, edge cutting, etc. The machine is made of steel and 304 stainless steel, equipped with well-known pneumatic components, simple structure and easy operation. We can manufacture machines according to different needs of customers.

The machining process is as follows:

Cup dropping

Automatic cup dropping, it is automatically controlled by computer program and does not jam the cup accurately.

Filling food

Pneumatically controlled filling materials, accurate filling volume, plunger filling head, can fill thick paste food.

Sending roll film

The process consists of laded-film-rack and optical-membrane's devices, they formed a whole. The optical-membrane adopts way stretch when it shifts and photoelectric-switch detects signal, push the corrective-device to lengthen a little the seal-film for achieve the purpose of correcting. (Equipped with UV sterilizer)

Cup film sealing

Automatic placement of sealing film, automatic thermal sealing, twice sealing to ensure that it is not easy to fall off, and the sealing pressure can be adjusted according to requirements.

 

Cup holder

The cup holder can be customized according to different sizes. The quantity depends on the filling capacity.
