The disc centrifuge is a three-phase separation, automatic discharge machine. It can achieve liquid-liquid-solid separation slagging. This disc centrifugal separator is specially manufactured for oil, beverage and dairy industry. Machine structure is simple, easy maintenance.The disc stack centrifuge separates solids and one or two liquid phases from each other in one single continuous process, using extremely high centrifugal forces. When the denser solids are subjected to such forces, they are forced outwards against the rotating bowl wall, while the less dense liquid phases form concentric inner layers. The area where these two different liquid phases meet is called the interface position. This can be easily varied in order to ensure that the separation takes place with maximum efficiency.
The disc stack provides additional surface settling area, which contributes to speeding up the separation process dramatically. It is the particular configuration, shape and design of these plates that make it possible for a disc stack centrifuge to undertake the continuous separation of a wide range of different solids from either one or two liquids.
The concentrated solids phase formed by the particles can be removed continuously, intermittently or manually, depending on centrifuge type and the amount of solids involved in the specific application.
Process
Coconut fruit which is delivered to the plant upon being husked is firstly taken to the washing units. Processed through two separate washing units, coconut fruit is run through a mechanical rotary dryer unit and transferred to the breaking unit for breaking process. Broken into smaller pieces by the breaking unit, coconut fruit is then delivered to the pressing unit. Coconut milk is obtained upon pressing the fruit in the pressing unit. Although, this product looks like milk it has an oil content of 25-35%. Coconut oil extracted from the pressing unit is ran through vibratory screens to remove the sediments and taken to the storage tanks. Collected in storage tanks, the product is delivered to 3-stage separation process. Coconut milk is run through separators at the first, second and third stages continuously to obtain a clean and clear oil. The obtained oil is filtered through a simple filter at the final stage and delivered to vacuum drier to obtain the final product.

9. Latex industry: purification and concentration of natural rubber latex;
10. Other industries: such as laboratory, petroleum, coking, kaolin, pulp recovery, electrolyte treatment, wastewater treatment, environmental protection, etc., as well as animal and vegetable protein extraction, animal fat extraction and refining, separation of mixed fatty acids.
The marine disc separator is mainly used to remove moisture and impurities in the fuel and lubricating oil of marine diesel engines and other equipment to reduce the wear of mechanical equipment and prolong the life of mechanical equipment. The design, manufacture and acceptance of the marine disc separator are in accordance with the standards of the GB/T5745-2002 marine disc separator.
