This unit can automatically complete all the processes of suppository shell making, pouring, cooling and forming, sealing, batch numbering, tearing line, bottom edge cutting, top edge trimming, counting and cutting. It has the functions of automatic elimination without filling when deflated bubbles, automatic correction of color code, and filling volume detection. This unit is controlled by PLC program and operated by industrial man-machine interface. It is currently the suppository equipment with the highest degree of automation in China.

The fully automatic suppository filling and sealing unit is a new product developed by our company by digesting and absorbing advanced foreign technology and combining the actual production of suppositories at home and abroad. The unit is mainly composed of four parts:

Working Principle:

1, Thermoforming:

The PVC/PE film into the forming area after preheating mold -- > forming mold blowing mold -- >blow film forming.

2, Filling:

2 filling heads, forming suppository for one-time embedded type filling, filling accuracy + / - 2%, material barrel has electric heating insulation system, with stirring motor at the top to make the drug in a uniform state, material barrel pump into the drugs by the high precision of filling head, filling a residual drugs through the other end of the cycle to the raw material filling barrel again next time.

3, Cooling:

Drugs into the cooling racks after the whole filled, external cooling box is equipped with water chiller, cooling air through the cooling box of four condenser suppository of cooling rack to cool.

4. Sealing and Cutting:

After cooling of the solid suppository into the sealing area: preheating mold -- -- > the sealing mould -- - > code mold. And then to shear a set of finished product for 5 and 6 grain (be) according to customer's requirements.

Operation Principle
This project uses PVC and PVC/PE roll packaging materials, which are formed by positive pressure blow molding to produce the bullet-shaped or torpedo-shaped shell tape with the upper opening required for the suppository, which enters the pouring part intermittently. The suppository mixture is made by mixing medicinal powder with a special matrix. After being fully stirred and homogenized, it is automatically poured into the suppository shell belt with high precision through the plug-in filling head, and sent to the cooling and shaping box by the conveying device, where it acts on the cold air. Bottom, rapid cooling and shaping, complete the liquid→solid conversion, and finally, the sealing mechanism automatically seals the upper mouth, prints the batch number and production date, cuts the tear line, cuts the bottom edge, aligns the upper edge, counts and cuts, and finally enters the finished product packaging.
