With the introduction of mandatory measures for the deadlines of sewage companies, the management of DDGS in the brewing industry has become a top priority for many manufacturers. It is obviously not advisable to adopt backward methods such as natural sedimentation filtration and manual bag extrusion, which is not only because of the large area, labor, low efficiency, poor working environment, but also the quality is difficult to stabilize. Processing brings disadvantages. In addition, the decanter centrifuges commonly used in many factories also have large investment, bulky, high installation requirements, high power consumption during use, high noise, fast self-wearing, difficult to repair, high cost and other defects, forcing some manufacturers to have to Discard and use a cone basket centrifuge. However, the cone basket centrifuges currently used in various factories have a short filter life (average one shift needs to be replaced) and affect the continuity of its use. The more important formula is limited by the structure of the device itself. The filter mesh is limited to a nylon mesh cloth of about 100 mesh (the strength is worse if the mesh size is increased, and the service life is shorter), resulting in poor filtrate quality and an average suspended matter of 1.5%. In the above, the conformity of the subsequent processing is increased. In addition, the center of gravity of the cone basket centrifuge is high, the belt drive shaft is subjected to axial tension, the mechanical structure is easy to wear, the vibration and noise are large, and the bearing part needs to be cooled by water or oil due to heat during operation, and the maintenance and replacement of each component is frequent and difficult. These have also become defects in their actual use.

The new centrifuge for the separation of DDGS developed by RS separation is reasonable in structure and can be continuously produced. It is continuously updated in the actual operation of distiller's grains separation. It has been optimally configured for the separation of distiller's grains in structure and design, with less power consumption and fully automatic. Control, vibration and noise are better than the national standard, the liquid suspension after separation is less than 0.7%, and the moisture content of the filter cake is 75%. It has been widely used in the production line of the majority of alcohol manufacturers, and the treatment effect of the distiller's grains is remarkable.

 4. Unique technique adopt in main component work-blanks 
The manufacturing methods of main component work-blanks are adopt centrifugal casting technique and overall mould-making forging technique,thoroughly avoid risks such as inter-granular corrosion and relaxation of residual stress release in welding joint.
 
 5. Main bearing electrical components selection
We use origin bearings of international first-line brands such as S-K-F,F-A-G and so on.Electrical components mainly adopt ABB and Siemens
 
 6. Constant temperature detection
All fashioning components and assembly units are detected in constant temperature condition,to make sure of actual processing quality meets the requirements of designed precision accuracy.

 8. Simplyand safely in bearing disassemblement
One layer of oil film is injected into contact surfaces between bearing and work-piece by high-
pressure,during disassemblement bearing from the machine.which would fundamentally eliminate friction within different parts.As a result,it would reduce 90% of pulling force and lower the risk of damage to high-precision parts when disassemble bearing.

9.Main bearing lubrication system
There are two kinds of lubrication system for specific product models :
A thin oil lubrication
 * Oil pump offers an uninterruptedly power to ensure oil works circularly;
 * Jet oil lubrication constantly clean and lubricate bearings and reduce temperature;
 * Oil filter system ensure lubricant's cleanliness;
 * Oil pressure energy storage system ensure lubrication pump offers an extra oil supply(the pressure is no less than 0.4Mpa) for  5-6 minutes,when power fails accidentally;
 * Constant temperature system is available.
B grease lubrication
 * Adopt a grease with properties of extreme pressure resistance ,oxidation resistance ,abrasion resistance,water scour
   resistance,corrosion-proof and high temperature resistance.
 * Optional automatic grease system fills grease on main bearing at designed hours and quantity.

 10.  Main bearing BH device (patent design)
There are two spare safe bearings at either end of main bearing.When machine works well,they keep certain clearance from bearing inside track to chief axis.When unexpected condition occurs,main bearing got damaged or circle center deviation causing an amplitude of vibration reaches to designed clearance,safe bearings begin to work as main bearing Meanwhile,computer automatic control system would get a feedback of abnormal vibration value on bearing position immediately then activates emergency shutdown and goes a smooth shut down.This system protects machine free from damaging and ensure production safety.
 
 11.  GSRL feeding device (potent design)
