Introduction
This machine is specially designed for coffee products (or other kinds of powder products, such as tea powder, cocoa powder,milk powder etc. ) to be filled and sealed.
Our coffee capsule filling and sealing machines applied with world famous electrical and pneumatic components. All the parts of machine contact with powder are made of stainless steel.
PLC touch screen control with English and Chinese version.

Process

Cups loading  

Cups drop down one by one;
Pneumatic cylinder control;
One line ,one holes.

Coffee powder filling

Vertical Screw filling type;
Accuracy +/- 0.2 gram;
Volume can be adjusted;
All parts in contact coffee powder made of SUS-304. High speed and high filling accuracy

Coffee powder pressing

Compacting coffee powder tight.

Tank mixing

Mixing for better evenness of coffee powder;
Motor control separately.

Nitrogen flushing

Automatic filling nitrogen.

Suck and put foils by vacuum;
