BW-3000 automatic roof carton filling machine is divided into different specifications and

In recent years, with the popularity of NFC juice and the requirements of packaging form
and storage and transportation of NFC juice, our company has specially developed an
ultra-clean model for NFC juice, which is different from the traditional hot filling model
in several points: 
 
1. The sterilization methods of packaging materials are different: hot filling uses the waste heat
of hot materials to sterilize the packaging materials and lids, and it takes a certain time and
temperature to maintain the sterilization process; Ultra-clean cold filling is to sterilize the packaging
materials and lids with the strong oxidation of hydrogen peroxide, and at the same time, it is equipped
with a hot air drying device to ensure that there is no residue of hydrogen peroxide.
 
2. The temperature of filling materials is different: the temperature of hot filling materials is
generally 85ºC -88ºC; The material temperature of ultra-clean cold filling is 2ºC -6ºC . 
 
3, The air purification requirements of the filling room are different: the air purification
requirements of the hot filling equipment for the filling room are due to the fact that the hot materials are
used to
sterilize the package material and the cover, which belongs to the post-sterilization process, and the
package material and the cover can be allowed to have bacteria before filling, because
The requirement for air purification in the filling room is not very high, only in the 100-level
purification room, so the equipment itself does not purify the air; Ultra-clean cold filling is different.
The packaging material and the cover are sterilized before filling, and bacteria can't be infected again
after sterilization. Therefore, the air in the filling room must be sterile positive pressure air. We use
filtered air to bake and cool at high temperature, and then send it into the filling room and keep a
certain positive pressure to ensure that the outside air with bacteria enters the filling room. At the
same time, ultraviolet radiation is used in the filling room to sterilize the indoor environment.
