Grey water refers to integrated wastewater used in industrial production, such as chemical, power plants, hazardous waste high temperature treatment, printing and dyeing industries for dust removal, desulfurization, de-smoke, cooling, etc.

The significance of grey water treatment is:

  • After treatment, it can meet the standard of process reuse to achieve the goal of minimizing the production of sewage in the production.
  • Reduce the difficulty of the subsequent sewage treatment process and reduce the workload of sewage purification.

Take the gray water in hazardous waste high temperature treatment as an example:

The flue gas generated by the cinder after high-temperature gasification carries hazardous waste particles and dust, and the cooling water used for cooling in the process finally forms gray water. Today, with the growing demand for environmental protection and increasingly strict environmental protection policies, the handling of industrial hazardous waste has become a top priority.

The orders of hazardous waste treatment plants are increasing day by day. With the expansion of their production capacity, the hazardous wastes of various industries are like a world apart. The composition of the gray water produced in the process of production varies greatly. In the traditional gray water treatment process, many hazardous waste treatment plants have selected vacuum belt filtration, plate and frame filter and other equipment for solid-liquid separation of gray water. Both of the above devices intercept the solid particles in the gray water through the filter medium. However, the filtration effect of all the devices using the filter medium is limited by the size of the solid particles and the comprehensibility of the solid.

The smaller the particle size, the less likely it is to capture, and the better the comprehensibility, the more easily the solid particles cause clogging of the filter screen, greatly reducing the filtration effect. As the composition of the gray water changes, the original effective filtration method gradually loses its due effect. The principle of the gray water treatment centrifuge developed by ZK separation is to use the density difference between the solid phase and the liquid phase in the water, and the high-speed rotation of the drum of the equipment produces a centrifuge that is thousands of times larger than the gravity of the object. The solid and liquid in the water are stratified by centrifugal and then discharged separately through different liquid phase and solid phase outlets. This method is not limited by the gray water component, and adopts fully automatic control with variable frequency modulation to set different gray water for different industries.

The parameters have a solid removal rate of over 98%.The equipment has small footprint, low energy consumption, fully automatic control, and can be easily operated by one person. The fully enclosed design makes it have excellent working environment, low noise, low vibration and low maintenance cost. It is widely used in power plants and chemical industry. The phenomenon of liquid ring stalling happens during the heavy-duty boot or shutdown process of a complete set machine, especially for LW550 and even larger models, It would make a bounce or wild shake, causing extra impact fatigue damage to main bearings, screw bearings, and inner parts of the rotary bowl. Fortunately, our engineers have solved this problem thoroughly.

 4. Unique technique adopts in main component work-blanks 
The manufacturing methods of main component work blanks adopt the centrifugal casting technique and overall mold-making forging technique, thoroughly avoiding risks such as intergranular corrosion and relaxation of residual stress release in welding joints.
 
 5. Main bearing electrical components selection
We use the origin bearings of international first-line brands such as S-K-F, F-A-G, etc. Electrical components mainly adopt ABB and Siemens
 
 6. Constant temperature detection
All fashioning components and assembly units are detected in constant temperature conditions to ensure that actual processing quality meets the requirements of designed precision accuracy.

Whole machine physical design and processing technique adopted in critical position, ensure all assembly units and bowls of the same centrifuge model are interchangeable. It is not only easy to maintain, but also greatly improves the reliability and safety of the equipment.
 
 8. Simply and safely in bearing disassemblement
One layer of oil film is injected into contact surfaces between the bearing and work-piece by high-
pressure, during the disassemblement bearing from the machine.which would fundamentally eliminate friction within different parts. As a result, it would reduce 90% of the pulling force and lower the risk of damage to high-precision parts when disassembling the bearings.

9. Automatic main bearing lubrication system
Thin oil lubrication
 * Oil pump offers uninterrupted power to ensure oil works circularly;
 * Jet oil lubrication constantly cleans and lubricates bearings and reduces temperature;
 * Oil filter system ensures lubricant's cleanliness;
 * Oil pressure energy storage system ensure lubrication pump offers an extra oil supply(the pressure is no less than 0.4Mpa) for  5-6 minutes  when power fails accidentally;
 * Constant temperature system is available.
 * Adopt a grease with properties of extreme pressure resistance, oxidation resistance, abrasion resistance, water scour resistance,corrosion-proof, and high-temperature resistance.
 * Automatic grease system fills grease on the main bearing at designed hours and quantity.

 10.  Main bearing BH device (patent design)
There are two spare safe bearings at either end of the main bearing. When the machine works well, they keep a certain clearance from the bearing inside the track to the chief axis. When an unexpected condition occurs, the main bearing getting damaged or circle center deviation causing an amplitude of vibration reaches to designed clearance, safe bearings begin to work as the main bearing Meanwhile, the computer's automatic control system would get feedback of abnormal vibration values on the bearing position immediately then activates emergency shutdown and goes a smooth shut down. This system protects the machine free from damage and ensures production safety.
 
 11.  GSRL feeding device (potent design)
The new design of the internal spiral core tube has got the following achieves. Without reducing centrifugal acceleration, shorten the triangle belt's traction time, reduce disorder of swirling flow, and extend separation time. Meanwhile increases the inner working pressure of the centrifuge, and restrains liquid from foaming
