According to the working principle of the compressor, isothermal compression is relatively power-saving. The power diagram of the compression process, curve 12'3' is the isothermal compression process, and the area 613'4 formed with the ordinate is the indicated work of the isothermal compression. Curve 123" is the one-stage compression process, and the area 613"4 formed with the ordinate is the indicated work of the one-stage compression. Curves 12, 22', 2'3 are the two-stage compression process, and the sum of the areas 6125 and 52'34 (6122'34) formed with the ordinate is the indicated work of the two-stage compression. It can be seen from the diagram that the isothermal compression process 613'4 area (indicated work) is the smallest, but isothermal compression cannot be achieved in the actual compression process of the compressor. One-stage compression has an additional power of 13'3" area compared to isothermal compression, while two-stage compression saves 2'23"3 area power compared to one-stage compression.
Two Stages Compressing Process
Natural air enters the first stage of compression through the air filter, mixes with a small amount of lubricating oil in the compression chamber, and compresses the mixed gas to the interstage pressure. The compressed gas enters the cooling channel and contacts with a large amount of oil mist, which greatly reduces the temperature.
