The separator consists of machine body, driving part, bowl, liquid collecting tray and liquid inlet bearing seat etc. On top of the bowl is the flexible spindle and at the bottom is the damping floating bearing. The spindle is coupled with driven wheel by buffer on the coupling seat. The motor transmit power to the driven wheel through drive belt and tension wheel, thus for the blow to rotate around its own axis at high speed, to form a strong centrifugal force field. The material is injected inside from the liquid inlet at the bottom, and the centrifugal force compels the clarification liquid to flow upwards along the inner wall of bowl, and the clarification liquid flows out from the outlet. The solid deposit in the bowl and it will be discharged by manual after the machine is shut down.
Structure and principle
This separator is consisted of main body, driving device, bowl collecting pan and liquid-in bearing. The upper of the bowl is fiexible mainshaft and thelower of it is damp floating bearing. The mainshaft is connected through and with a buffer of connecting seat and a vdriven wheel. The driven wheel is driven by a motor through driving wheel and tension gear to make the bowl rotate around its own ax is at a extra speed and form a strong centrifuge force field. The stock flows into the liquid inlet from the bottom and is forced by centrifuge force to flow upto and along theinner wall of the bowl and then is separated the different layer according to density difference of the different liquid components. GQtype: Fine solid phase particles with great density are settled on the inner wall of the bowl gradually to form residne layer then to be discharged manually, after the machine stops. The liquid phase flows out of the liquid outlet at the bowl's upper after clarification.
GF type: Liquid phase with great density forms an outer loop and liquid phase with light density forms an inner loop, and flows to the upper of the bowl out of their respective liquid outlet. The little solid is settled on the inner wall of the bowl and then is discharged manually after the machine stops.
GQ type: Fine solid phase particles with great density are settled on the inner wall of the bowl gradually to form residne layer then to be discharged manually, after the machine stops. The liquid
