Audited Supplier Horizontal screw centrifuge is referred to as decanter centrifuge, it is an efficient centrifugal separation equipment. Decanter centrifuge can be divided into horizontal screw filter centrifuge and horizontal screw sedimentation centrifuge.
Horizontal screw filter centrifuge: the main motor drives the drum and screw to rotate with different high speed through pulley differential mechanism. The suspension liquid is continuously fed along the feed pipe and dispersed onto the drum wall via the feed opening in the small screw wall. Due to the role of centrifugal force, the liquid is thrown out through filter and drum holes on the drum wall, and is discharged from the machine through the filter liquid outlet on the shell; solid is trapped on the filter web to form a filter residue layer. As the screw and drum have difference in speed and the formed effect of screw conveyor will drag the filter residue from the small end to the big end, which will be pushed out of the big end of the drum and then discharged from residue outlet. The suspension liquid is separated into filter liquid and residue automatically, continuously.

10. Main bearing BH device (patent design)
There are two spare safe bearings at either end of the main bearing. When the machine works well, they keep a certain clearance from the bearing inside the track to the chief axis. When an unexpected condition occurs, the main bearing getting damaged or circle center deviation causing an amplitude of vibration reaches to designed clearance, safe bearings begin to work as the main bearing Meanwhile, the computer's automatic control system would get feedback of abnormal vibration values on the bearing position immediately then activates emergency shutdown and goes a smooth shut down. This system protects the machine free from damage and ensures production safety.
11. GSRL feeding device (potent design)
