Automatic Screw Sludge Dewatering Machine

1.The machine can be widely used in municipal sewage, food, slaughtering breeding, printing and dyeing, oil chemical industry, paper making, leather, pharmaceutical and other industries of sludge dewatering.it is highly suitable to various high and low concentration sludge, most especially for the oily ones.

2.Work process:The thickened sludge moves forward continuously from the thickening zone towards the dewatering zone. With the  pitch of the screw shaft thread getting narrower and narrower, the pressure in the filter chamber increases higher and higher. In addition to the pressure generated by the back-pressure plate,  the sludge is greatly pressed and dryer sludge cakes produce.

Sludge goes from the feed inlet into the metering tank , moved to the flocculation mixing tank, then moved to the dewatering tank, by the push of the spiral shaft rotary vane, the pitch is gradually reduced, water outflow from fixed rings and moving rings, sludge cake is discharged from the discharge port.
