The sulfur content of the product is about 0.07%, which is far lower than the domestic sulfur content of 0.1%. standard.


Long service life and good working environment
A thermal expansion device is installed inside the kiln body to compensate for the thermal expansion of the kiln body and ensure the service life of the kiln body. The entire length of the kiln body adopts an internal insulation device to reduce heat dissipation, improve overall thermal efficiency, and improve the workshop working environment.

Working principle

The purpose of oxidative roasting of molybdenum concentrate is to separate molybdenum and sulfur in molybdenum disulfide, so that MoS2 can be converted into MoO2 or MoO3 at high temperature. The roasting of molybdenum concentrate is a significant exothermic reaction and can be completely self-heating. The roasting process does not require the consumption of heat energy and should not produce a large amount of smoke. The principle of the energy-saving rotary kiln is to use the heat released by the roasting reaction of molybdenum concentrate to recover heat energy and maintain the autothermal reaction (without external heat source).
