Our decanter provide 2phase liquid-solid separation technology for application in the starch processing industry,including starch dewatering,effluent waste water treatment etc.

Starch producer needs to adopt decanter centrifuge to help them dewater the starch to the requested moisture and then for further dyer to get the finish product and also,they need the machine to treat the waste water which coming from the process of the starch to effluent meeting the environmental standard and at the same time,they can recover the starch fo reduce the losses.

Solid particles are less 0.5mm as rigid particles, and less than 10mm as non-rigid particles, the machine can be effectively treated.The decanter centrifuge is applicable to the separating of suspension containing solid-phase granules with diameter greater than 0.005 mm and with the concentration being 2~40%.

Decanter centrifuges have wide process capacity to meet all ranges as per drilling program. It is commonly and widely used used for oilfield and gas well operations providing efficient solids control while significantly reducing the operator's total mud cost and minimize waste disposal volumes.
