Horizontal double piston centrifuge nitrocellulose separation pushing centrifuge machine

 

Horizontal pusher centrifuge is a kind of perforated basket centrifuge, both continuous and effective. The mixture to be separated is fed through the feeding pipe and the distributor continuously and evenly into the first stage basket. Most of the mother-liquor in the feed, acted on by centrifugal force, departs through the sieves into the liquor-collecting casing where it will be discharged out of the machine. The first stage basket rotates and reciprocate, pushing the formed product cake into the second stage basket .The cake can have sufficient retardation in the centrifuge with being acted on by more centrifugal force, and therefore, the desired humidity of the cake can be guaranteed. Afterwards, the cake is continuously discharged out of the basket. In case of high purity for the solid product, the effective washing can be carried out in the centrifuge. If necessary, the washing agent and the mother-liquor can be discharged separately.

HR pusher centrifuge
It is a kind of filtrate centrifuge with intermittent filter cake discharging. Procedures such as feeding, separating, washing and discharging etc can be done continuously under full speed running. It is suitable for products with solid size more than 0.1mm and suspension with concentration more than 30%. Suitable for chemical, light industry, intermediates for apis, food and other industries, suitable for production of sodium chloride, nitrocellulose,ammonium chloride, ammonium bicarbonate, sodium sulfate, urea, caffeine, polyethylene, polystyrene, oxalic acid and ammonium nitrate.

Details

The pusher centrifuge separates solids from liquid by means of a centrifugal force, which rotates about the horizontal axis. A hydraulic system supplies power to the centrifugal piston and leaves the discharge area by separating moisture from the wet materials. The operation of the hydraulic mechanism allows the separation of liquid and solids through the reciprocation of an operating valve and directs it to the solid discharge chamber.

• The machine body consists of liquid and solid collection, discharge section, stroke system, cylinder sieves, main shaft, pusher shaft, and connected oil circulation system.
• The body part is made of carbon steel, parts that mixture contacts are made of 304L stainless steel, and the cylinder sieves are made entirely of chrome nickel stainless steel.
• Sieves are produced in various thicknesses and ranges according to properties of the mixture.

PUSHER CENTRIFUGE | PROSES

• 1.Slurry is delivered to the system via a supply conduit in the centerline of the pusher basket. It is expedited and evenly distributed on the back of the screen.
• 2.The basket speed is gradually increased to inflate the reduce of particle wear.
• 3.Slurry is placed in the wedge holder, and salt cake is formed as the liquid is drained through slurry. The push plate moves back and forth and travels towards solid discharge end.
• 4.With the effect of centrifugal force, cake becomes drier as it travels in the basket and is discharged into the solid discharge housing.
