Application of Centrifugal Separation Machine
 (Model SCS) is an effective oil purification system, which can separate substances of different specific gravity levels by means of centrifugal force, such as water and oil, substances being separated by centrifugal force if they have different specific gravities. This Centrifugal Oil Separator is widely used in lubricant oil treatment to remove water and solid particles.

Model SCS Centrifugal Separating Machine developed by PureTech is Disc Centrifuge type, it uses centrifugal force to separate liquids with a lower concentration of solids and small particles. It is especially suitable for separating two liquid phases, as well as solid particles phase. When applying to lubricant oil filtration, it can keep the oil cleanliness by removing impurities and water, therefore avoid the wear and damage to the core components which requires clean lubricant oil.
When processing emulsified oils like turbine oil, we recommend our Vacuum Turbine Oil Filtration Machine (Model TOP) which has the demulsification device, it is especially suitable for emulsified oils.
