Application                                                                                

Oilseeds are processed in a screw press. The resulting pressed oil contains a lot of solid components. In order to achieve optimal clarification of pressed oil, the use of a decanter centrifuge is essential.

 

To obtain high yield, high quality, and high purity oil, it is necessary to use a centrifuge to clarify and press the oil. Seed oil is usually clarified using this method. To improve the clarification process of seed oil and pressed oil, people usually add hot water. This can completely separate solids and oil.
