The beer centrifuge separator DBQ is mainly used for the clarification of beer and malt, and also in the use of clarifying and purifying similar materials such sparkling wine, fruit juice and drinks and so on. The centrifuge and parts which contact with materials are stainless steel, according to the food hygiene requirements.

Defined yeast cell counts were necessary in order to achieve the desired programmed maturing and storage; the solution was provided by a separator. With this machine, the yeast cell counts were adjusted variably to the desired technical value after main fermentation

3. Applications Of Product

The Beer Centrifuge Separator is mainly used in brewery for separation of yeast and clarification of beer.
The liquid seal technology may functionally prevent from loss of carbon dioxide and avoid mixing of air during separating beer. 
The machine adopts automatic control, it has the advantages of high efficiency, low material consumption, convenient operation and economic maintenance cost. 
The clear liquid is pumped out by centripetal pump, the sludge is discharged automatically and partly. 
Centrifuging is a process where the beer is spun around in a vessel at a few thousand RPM until the yeast is pressed to the side of the vessel due to centrifugal force. This processes clears the beer of most visual yeast cells, and depending on how strong the centrifuge is, can remove almost all of the yeast from a beer.
